Jolly Wolf and Frederic Fox are at Brewerkz Riverside Point. Brewerkz Singapore is an award winning microbrewery restaurant. Our previous Clarke Quay Singapore entry mentioned that we will visit Brewerkz and here we are.

Brewerkz Singapore is a microbrewery restaurant, which means they have humongous barrels in the shop to brew their own beer.

Brewerkz Singapore occupies a massive stretch of shop houses at Riverside Point, the place is huge and can occupy hundreds of people, the biggest Brewerkz outlet in Singapore.

What beer do both of you wanna order? They have a wide selection of beer at Brewerkz compared to Paulaners Singapore where you only have dark beer or lager.

You can always ask the waiter what is the beer of the week and get additional discount for it. Beer of the week is steam beer today, not what we wanted, so we went on to order the great India Pale Ale and the popular Brewekz choice - Golden Ale.

Our Brewerkz beer came in a minute, talk about efficient service. The beer at Brewerkz Riverside Point cost different at different timings, to know more you can refer to the pdf file here.

Frederic Fox quickly jumped on top of the Golden Ale beer claiming his drink.

The beer on the left in a lighter color is the Golden Ale and the beer on the right is the India Pale Ale. Golden Ale is more of a sweet malt beer while India Pale Ale is a stronger bitter malt beer. Both are tasty beer and the most popular choices at Brewerkz.

Jolly Wolf and Frederic Fox came at the time where beer is cheapest at Brewerkz. From 12 to 3pm everyday, a pint (500ml) of Golden Ale only cost $6 and the India Pale Ale cost $7.

Nothing beats a cold refreshing beer on a Sunday afternoon sitting by the riverside of Clarke Quay.

Brewerkz Singapore is definitely a great place for a good Ale at a very reasonable price (depending on your time of visit). If you are there for the first time, order the Golden Ale, it will be hard not to like for its sweet refreshing taste.

Paulaner Bräuhaus - Sunday Brunch Buffet

Jolly Mah is at Paulaner Bräuhaus for a sumptuous sunday brunch buffet

We have introduced Paulaner Brauhaus before in 2010 (Jolly Mah Paulaner Brauhaus Beer & Dinner)

As we mentioned before, we love Paulaner for the freshly brewed beer but today we are here to introduce the sunday brunch buffet *yummy*

We reached here around 11:20am, the brunch buffet starts at 11:30am. The food is almost ready, so we were offered to go in to have a seat.

 Let's have a look at the Paulaner Bräuhaus sunday brunch buffet spread!

 For starters, the green and leafy salad spread.

Only 4 types of sausages now, previously there used to be over 10 different types of sausages for the brunch buffet.

Here is the meat, 'main course' section.

The great thing is, once you sit down, you can immediately order the Paulaner beer before you start eating. Let us get on with the food!

First round, here is what Jolly Mah got: 3 types of sausages, crispy pork knuckles, salmon and white fish.

After the first round of food, we took a rest, have some beer and look around the deco inside the Paulaner Brauhaus building.

Beef steak, not worth mentioning. Few years back, there were oxtail stew which was so much tastier.

Yummy bread with butter and a thick chunk of liver pâté. This is heavenly!!

Jolly Mah took another round of crispy pork knuckles! These go very well with Paulaner beer.

Alas, Jolly Mah started going for some light food.

Yummy cheese caught our acute attention. But we decided it's time for deserts..

Time to wrap up the Paulaner Bräuhaus sunday brunch buffet with more Paulaner beer. It is free flow and you can order both the lager and dark flavor.

Our stomach is so bloated, we took a walk around the Paulaner Bräuhaus building.
